Service Description

Unleash Your Performance. Elevate Your Craft. Join a one-month intensive "Arabic" acting workshop designed for artists who want to develop real, practical performance skills. The program combines professional actor training, movement, improvisation, and character work building technique, confidence, presence, and creativity. Suitable for both beginners and practicing performers, the workshop moves participants from core foundations to advanced tools within a structured, modern training approach. Training Curriculum 1. Actor Preparation Physical, vocal, and emotional tools, stage presence, and understanding the actor’s instrument. 2. Craft of Acting Scene work, partner dynamics, emotional control, rhythm, and essential performance techniques. 3. Character Embodiment Safe emotional access, building layered characters, and transitioning in and out of roles with discipline. 4. Improvisation & Creative Expression Spontaneity, imagination, physical storytelling, and creating characters and situations in the moment. Final Practical Sketch Participants will present a simple applied sketch to demonstrate their progress. (Not a full theatrical production.) Future Opportunities Top performers will be selected to join the North African Arts Performance Team and take part in upcoming productions. Meet the Trainers Aly Aboelhasaan Actor • Acting Coach Aly has extensive experience across professional, community, and university theatre. He has coached with UNFPA programs and directed several award-winning productions. His acting credits include Cairo Show’s “Yama Fe El-Gorab Ya Hawy.” Most recently, he served as Executive Director and Actor in North African Arts’ latest performance Ew3a Tekhoni, and he is the Manager of the Acting Team. Habiba Amer Actress • Improvisation • Movement Coach Habiba is a dynamic performer with broad experience in acting, choreography, and movement. She focuses on physical storytelling, rhythm, presence, and unlocking expressive energy.
